There are several large companies offering all inclusive Caribbean weddings including Sandals who recently teamed up with Martha Stewart to offer a range of wedding packages across a number of price bands. Couples literally just need to turn up as everything else is handled by a personal wedding consultant, including all paperwork, fees and even photography and a 2-tier wedding cake. Prices vary depending on the wedding package, the resort chosen and the number of days on honeymoon, but expect to pay several thousand dollars.
For those wanting a cheaper, much simpler beach wedding, there are hundreds of small companies offering a personal service from around $800-$1000. Much of the cost is in the administrative and government fees and these cheap beach weddings usually don’t include any accommodation, but all wedding packages can be customized to add special flowers, music or anything else you desire.
Caribbean Beach Weddings
If your budget is really tight, some Caribbean beach weddings keep costs below the $700 mark by marrying several couples at the same time. It’s a great way of bonding with other people and sharing your experience plus, as most couples will not have any other guests, it’s a perfect way to enjoy an evening wedding celebration with new-found friends.
As competition is fierce among wedding planners in the Caribbean, many will throw in extras like a bridal bouquet or a smart car to take you from your hotel to the beach wedding venue, so don’t be afraid to negotiate. Or just ask for a sunset cruise to finish off your day perfectly.
